Service area is limited to select zip codes in Naples and Marco Island, FL. Valid zip codes are verified at checkout.
3.1 Service Plans: We offer one-time, prepaid, monthly, and annual service plans. Plan details and pricing are displayed at checkout and subject to change with notice.
3.2 Payment: Payment is processed through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount at checkout. Monthly and annual plans are charged upfront for the selected period.
3.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify service prices. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes affecting your active plan.
3.4 Refunds: Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
4.1 Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting support at support@bin-n-out.com or through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current service period.
4.2 Cancellation by Bin 'N Out, LLC: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your plan for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion.

7.1 Weather Conditions: Services may be delayed or canceled due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7.2 Access Issues: We are not responsible for service delays due to inaccessible bins, locked gates, or other access restrictions.
7.3 Bin Condition: We reserve the right to refuse service for bins that are damaged, unsafe, or contain prohibited materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bin 'N Out, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bin 'N Out, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which covers how we collect, use, and protect your personal information including SMS consent.
